If you try to bring 'right' or 'wrong' into an arranged marriage discussion, be sure to bring into the discussion the differences in culture that still have arranged marriages. in other cultures 'right' and 'wrong' may be nothing like the American belief of them.
ReplyDeletePro's and Con's or arranged marriage is a good call though. It's something that is able to remain non-opinionated if you do it correctly. and facts that neither side can dispute are the key to a good argument.
All your research questions look great! It might be a good idea to narrow all your questions down to one, such as: Why are arranged marriages so popular in certain cultures?
ReplyDeleteI agree with Brian. The difference in culture (in my opinion) play a huge role in determining whether something is 'right' or 'wrong'.
